How to Use
1. Prepare your skin with mild levels of vitamin A using the Vitamin A, C & E Body Oil
for a minimum of 3 weeks before starting needling.
2. Start with twice a week usage and gradually increase to daily use.
3. Cleanse your skin before needling. Divide your target areas into sections and gently
roll each section vertically, obliquely, and horizontally with the roller for 3-5 minutes,
using mild but firm pressure.
4. Follow up with your recommended Environ body products.
5. Rinse the roller with warm water before and after use and cleanse it weekly with the
Environ Instrument Cleaning Solution.
