Conditions
- If you’ve placed an order, all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash unless faulty.
- Items purchased on sale or using a discount code will be refunded at the price paid.
- You’ll receive a full refund for your membership and any applicable product spend.
- Refunds are issued via your original payment method.

What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind about a product purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
- For a refund: Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and resaleable.
- For an exchange or store credit: Products can be lightly sampled or opened.
- All returns must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email).
How do I return a product?

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: First Floor, 97 Outram St, West Perth WA 6005.
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a return label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
