Conditions
- If you have placed an order, all products must be returned within 30 days after you receive your order
- We will need to receive the items back unopened, unused and in the original packaging
- Gift cards/vouchers purchased can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash unless faulty
- Items bought on sale or with the use of discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount
- You will receive a refund for the cost of the membership plus any money you paid for the order
- Refunds will apply to your original payment method used

Returns policy
We hope that you will love your Youth Lab Direct product purchases. If you change your mind, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of receiving your item.
- For a Refund - the product returned must be in a new, unused and resaleable condition
- For an Exchange or store credit - the product returned can be lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped
- For all returns you must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Return a product
To start a return, you can contact us at directsupport@youthlab.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: First Floor, 97 Outram St, West Perth WA 6005.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Faulty returns
Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will reimburse you or provide a replacement, as per Australian Consumer Law.
Please notify us via email at directsupport@youthlab.com.au within seven days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the issue and supporting photographs.
