Our Price Match Promise means that if you find the same product, in stock, with an authorised Australian retailer, even if it's part of a sale or promotion, we'll honour that price.
This benefit is exclusive to Youth Lab Direct members, reflecting our commitment to offering premium skincare at the most competitive value.
What does the Price Match Promise apply to?
Our Price Match Promise applies to all identical products that are:
- Currently stocked by Youth Lab Direct
- In stock with an authorised Australian retailer offering genuine products
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- Not listed under exclusions (see below)
This promise is exclusive to Youth Lab Direct members as part of our commitment to providing exceptional value on premium skincare.
What is excluded from the Price Match Promise?
The following are not eligible for price matching:
- Gift cards
- Cashback offers
- Promotional discounts via paper coupon or electronic codeword
- Sale or promotional pricing that has expired or is no longer current
- Commercial quantities or pricing not publicly available
- Clearance or liquidation stock, including products from businesses in receivership
We also reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable personal-use quantities.
How to submit a Price Match Promise request?
- Navigate to the product page on Youth Lab Direct.
- Click the link to submit a Price Match request.
- Complete the form with your name, email, the listed price, and a link to the authorised retailer’s website.
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
- If approved, we’ll email you a unique code to use at checkout.
Why was my Price Match Promise request declined?
Youth Lab Direct reserves the right to decline any Price Match Promise request that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our policy. This may include factors such as product availability, retailer authorisation, expired offers, or conditions that fall outside fair retail practice.
