Refer a Friend FAQs

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

There’s no limit. You can refer as many friends and family members as you like. The referral reward is only valid when your friend is a new customer — that is, someone who has never held a Youth Lab Direct membership or made a purchase before.

How does the Refer a Friend process work?

After submitting the referral form, your nominated friend will receive an email with your unique referral link. When they click the link and successfully purchase a membership using their $10 off code, the referral is tracked. Once their purchase is validated and not refunded or cancelled, the referral is confirmed.

When will I receive my referral reward?

For every approved referral, we aim to notify you via email within 24 hours. This email will include your referral reward along with a unique discount code to use at checkout. Referral codes are valid for 30 days from issue.

Can I refer someone who is already a Youth Lab Direct member?

No, our referral program is exclusively for first-time Youth Lab Direct customers. Referrals won’t be valid if your friend or family member has previously signed up or made a purchase.

Can I refer someone in a different country?

Our referral program is currently only available within Australia.

Is there anything else I should know?

Youth Lab Direct reserves the right to validate referrals and may decline rewards that do not meet the eligibility criteria. Referrals must be genuine and not self-referred. Full terms available upon request.
