Is there a limit to how many product reviews I can submit?
No limit. You're welcome to submit a review for each product you've purchased. Each review helps other members make informed decisions.
How does the Product Review process work?
Visit the product page and click ‘Leave a Review’. Your feedback will be submitted to our team for moderation. Once approved and published, you will receive a $10 reward as a thank you.
When will I receive my review reward?
For each approved review, we aim to notify you via email within 24 hours. This will include your $10 reward and a unique discount code to use at checkout. Review rewards are valid for 30 days from issue.
Is there anything else I should know?
Rewards are issued at our discretion and only for genuine, approved reviews that meet our moderation guidelines. Reviews must reflect your personal experience with the product. Full terms available on request.
