This guarantee is exclusively available to Youth Lab Direct members only.

Our Price Match Guarantee applies to all identical products that are:

• Stocked at Youth Lab Direct
• In stock at an authorised Australian competitor's website selling genuine products
• Not excluded from the Price Match Guarantee (see below)
• In its original, undamaged packaging

• Gift cards
• Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
• Sale or promotion prices that have expired and are no longer current
• Commercial quantities and pricing (i.e. a reduced price not available to the public)
• Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
• We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.

1. On the Youth Lab Direct website, navigate to the page of the product you would like to price beat
2. Click on the link to submit a request
3. Fill out the pop up form with your name, email address, price and URL of the competitor's website
4. Your request will be reviewed by our team within 24 hours
5. If your request is approved, you will be emailed a unique discount code to enter at checkout

Youth Lab Direct reserves the right to decline any price beat request that does not meet our policy terms and conditions.
