The safflower oil provides a rich mixture of vitamins to lock in moisture, perfect for skin exposed to harsh environments, artificial heating/ cooling, genetically dry or flaky skin, sunburn and burns.

Hydoloc transforms the skin from dry and flaky to velvety and lush.
