How to Use

1. Sanitize your LUMASKIN Cold Therapy Roller with Isopropyl Alcohol.
2. Place your Cold Therapy Roller in the freezer for at least one hour before use. The device can be kept in the freezer, so it's always ready to use.
3. Once cold, start at the centre of your face and roll outwards with long strokes towards the lymphatic drainage points near your ears. On the neck roll down towards your heart. Cold roll desired area for 2-5 minutes.
4. After using the Cold Therapy Roller, wash with soap + water, spritz down with Isopropyl Alcohol, and store in freezer until it's next use. Can be used AM or PM. Can be used before or after product application. Please note. Cold Therapy Roller may squeak when frozen. Adding a few drops of your favourite face oil in the device will de squeak and you're ready to roll!
